Delivered in 2003, Cleopatra House was the second project of Autóker Holding Zrt. in District XIII, located in the catchment area of the business and leisure center of the city, near the Danube and Margaret Island. On the plot sided by Kárpát – Ipoly – Pannónia - Gogol streets, this building complex consisting of fix nine-story buildings, a total of 446 apartments and several commercial units, is an outstanding sight of Újlipótváros.
Similarly to other projects of Autóker, the sizes of the apartments move on a wide scale. The small one-bedroom apartments were the most popular, but customers also loved the apartments with garden connection situated at the level of the garden, which offer a unique opportunity for those who want to live downtown but still own a little green area.
The special value of Cleopatra House lies in the fact that while its clear shapes and transparent structure appropriately match the appearance of the neighbouring houses made from prefabricated elements, thanks to its architectural features and airy façade, it is the jewel of the district.
