Autóker Holding Zrt. started the planning and preparation of this project, unique in Budapest, back in 2000. The sale of the first phase started in 2003, the delivery of apartments started from the end of the year 2005. The first phase is located right on the coast of the Danube and consists of three nine-storey buildings containing a total of 224 apartments. The wavy design of the building enables the residents of almost each apartment to enjoy the view provided by the riverside location.
In addition to the apartments, 3 commercial units and 2 parking levels, furthermore, in front of the building, on a strip of 30 metres along the coast of the Danube parks, rest gardens, a playground and walkways, and on the ground floor and on the roof above the underground garage, a decorative park were established.
